Automotive bearings are the cornerstone of Daido Metal's® operations and have been adopted by all Japanese automotive manufacturers and the main manufacturers in other countries. Daido® has the top market share in Japan for plain bearings for engines. The high-technology engines of today impose sophisticated demands as high performance and high efficiency. These products of exceptional technical standards and reliability are not used only for passenger cars, buses and construction machinery. They are also used for the high-speed engine bearings of racing cars, including Formula 1 cars, and give an ultra-high-tech edge in motor sports applications.
